Welding compliant with EN 15085-2 CL 2 and EN ISO 3834-2, CMM inspection in a climate-controlled lab, pallet automation and robotic CNC handling. We tailor machining scope to each customer's individual requirements.
Five simultaneous 5-axis centres allow machining of complex geometries without repositioning the part. Our machine configuration combines European finishing precision (Hermle) with heavy-duty machining capability for large castings and welded housings (Kovosvit MAS).
Five parallel MAS MCV 1270 centres form the backbone of our production park — enabling machining of large batches of parts up to 1500 × 670 mm without bottlenecks. The combination of Power (heavy steel machining) and Sprint (high-speed spindle for aluminium) variants provides technological flexibility.
A combination of a sub-spindle lathe with Y-axis for complete part machining in a single setup (Doosan LYNX) with a bar feeder, plus lathes for larger diameters and longer parts with a cobot for part handling.
We invest in machine handling automation — the palletiser and robotic exchange stations reduce non-productive time and enable shift work without requiring an operator to be permanently present at every machine.
Welding compliant with EN 15085-2 CL 2 (railway welding), EN ISO 3834-2 (comprehensive welding quality requirements) and EN 1090-1 up to EXC 3 (steel structures). We combine the repeatability of robotic welding with the flexibility of certified manual welders — full WPS / WPQR documentation.
Dimensional inspection under climate-controlled conditions with a 900×2000×800 mm CMM machine — protocols referenced against the customer's drawing documentation for every series. The production chain is complemented by finishing stations — vibratory finishing, shot blasting and bead blasting.
An integrated software stack — from design engineering, through CAM programming, to an ERP system managing production, warehousing and delivery logistics. Every part has its own process card and production history.
