Five simultaneous 5-axis centres allow machining of complex geometries without repositioning the part. Our machine configuration combines European finishing precision (Hermle) with heavy-duty machining capability for large castings and welded housings (Kovosvit MAS).

Five parallel MAS MCV 1270 centres form the backbone of our production park — enabling machining of large batches of parts up to 1500 × 670 mm without bottlenecks. The combination of Power (heavy steel machining) and Sprint (high-speed spindle for aluminium) variants provides technological flexibility.

Climate-controlled lab + finishing operations

Dimensional inspection under climate-controlled conditions with a 900×2000×800 mm CMM machine — protocols referenced against the customer's drawing documentation for every series. The production chain is complemented by finishing stations — vibratory finishing, shot blasting and bead blasting.
