This document informs about the principles of personal data processing in connection with the use of the website and contact with Ślusarstwo Produkcyjne inż. Andrzej Pierończyk. It does not replace individual legal analysis in the case of implementing new analytical, marketing, form or external system tools.

This Policy applies to persons using the SPP / PIEROŃCZYK website, persons contacting the Controller electronically or by phone, representatives of customers and suppliers, and persons whose data appears in correspondence, technical documentation, commercial or registration documents submitted to the Controller.
The website is informational and presentational in nature. Contact with the Controller is primarily through e-mail addresses published on the site, including biuro@pieronczyk.pl and zapytania@pieronczyk.pl, as well as through the request for quotation form available at zapytanie.html. Personal data is transmitted to the Controller only after the user sends a message or form.
The website enables the download of company documents, certificates, legal information and materials relating to the machine park, quality and production profile. The mere download of a file may be recorded in the technical server logs to the extent described in this policy.
In connection with e-mail or telephone contact, completion of a request for quotation form or ongoing correspondence, the Controller may process in particular:
The Controller requests that personal data beyond the scope necessary for handling the matter should not be included in technical documentation and requests for quotation.
While using the website, the server may automatically record technical information in system logs. This data may include in particular: the IP address of the device, the date and time of the request, the address of the subpage visited, the name of the downloaded file, browser type, operating system type, referrer URL and diagnostic information concerning server errors.
Technical data is used primarily to ensure security, maintain the website, diagnose errors, protect against abuse and carry out basic technical administration of the site. The website uses Google Analytics 4 only after the user gives consent — details in Chapter VII.
The Controller does not envisage the collection through the website of special categories of personal data, such as health data, political views, religious beliefs, trade union membership, biometric data or data relating to criminal convictions. If such data is submitted unintentionally and is not necessary for handling the matter, the Controller may disregard it, restrict its processing or delete it.
The Controller processes personal data solely for specified, legitimate purposes and to the extent necessary to achieve them.

The legitimate interest of the Controller includes in particular: handling correspondence, maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring the technical security of the website, documenting the course of cooperation, protection against abuse, pursuing claims and defending against claims.
Personal data may be disclosed only where necessary for the stated purposes, required by law or justified by the nature of cooperation. Recipients may include in particular:
Entities processing data on behalf of the Controller act under appropriate data processing agreements or other legal instruments required by personal data protection regulations. The Controller does not sell personal data to third parties.
Data may be transferred to the USA (Google LLC — Google Analytics 4) only after the user gives consent to analytical cookies. Google LLC participates in the Data Privacy Framework, approved by the European Commission by Implementing Decision 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023, which ensures an adequate level of data protection.
In the scope of the inquiry form (Web3Forms), data is processed on servers located within the EEA or on the basis of appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.
The Controller does not plan to transfer personal data to other third countries outside the EEA. If technical services that trigger such a transfer are implemented in the future, the Controller will apply the mechanisms required by the GDPR and update this policy.
Data is retained for no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and thereafter for the period required by law or justified by protection against claims.

The Controller may request additional information to confirm the identity of the person making the request where necessary for data security.
The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent in personal data protection matters — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl.
The Controller does not use data collected through the website to make decisions regarding users based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affect them.
The Controller applies organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, modification, disclosure or use contrary to the intended purpose. The scope of measures is adapted to the nature of the data processed, the risks involved and available technical solutions.
Access to data is restricted to persons and entities that need it to perform their tasks. Correspondence, technical documentation and commercial data are processed in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, integrity and accountability.
When transmitting technical documentation, drawings, project data or confidential information, it is recommended to use communication channels agreed with the Controller and confidentiality rules appropriate to the cooperation, including an NDA where required. An NDA is signed as standard practice upon the customer's request.
In commercial and technical relationships, the Controller may process data of persons acting on behalf of customers, suppliers, subcontractors, business partners, certification bodies or other organisations. This data may be obtained directly from those persons, from the entity they represent, from correspondence, commercial documents or public registers.
Data of business partner representatives is processed for the purpose of establishing, maintaining and documenting commercial relationships, preparing and executing quotations, orders, deliveries, complaints, audits, supplier qualification and fulfilling legal obligations.
The Controller may update this policy in the event of changes in legislation, website operation, the scope of data processed, technical tools, website service providers or the manner of communicating with users. The current version of the document is published on the website.

The website does not use marketing, advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking cookies. No advertising is displayed. The request for quotation form (Web3Forms) does not store cookies on the user's device — form data is sent directly to the Web3Forms service as an HTTP request.
